Alabama Reels In 2023 Verbal From Sectional Bronze Medallist Sydney Blackhurst
The University of Alabama has secured another verbal commitment for their growing Class of 2027 from U.S. Open qualifier Sydney Blackhurst out of Gilbert, Arizona.
She will join Laurel Blase of Woodstock, Georgia, in Tuscaloosa at the start of the 2023-24 season.
She told Swimming World:
“I am beyond excited to announce that I will be continuing my academic and swimming careers at the University of Alabama! A huge thank you to all my family, friends, and coaches who made this all possible. ROLL TIDE!!”
