Not only is this quote misleading, but it isn't completely true.
Kenneth Phillips, who was a blueshirted member of the 2020 class, signed in December.
Fisher signed 2 Linebackers in 2020 and 5 in 2019.

We usually only play 2 LBs. we don’t need to loaded up too much.
