Umm, I think you are confusing penalties, of various types during a game, and cheating. Try again.

My bad man I thought penalties were a form of cheating. You win. Will Wade is the worst. Another guy in this thread said LSU was the most rampant in raping as well. I always thought it was Michagan State or Penn State. Taking part in this thread has been fun.
