Eh, her case would get dismissed for lack of standing very quickly. This isn’t one of those situations where exposure to discovery would entice LSU to pay her off. They wouldn’t even get that f

What evidence do you believe the prosecution would have to hand over in discovery to make LSU feel that they need to pay her?

That man is a practicing attorney. He's been right about everything I can remember him saying on here regarding legal matters.

No I’m not. Guice was an LSU student attending a high school football game when this happened. You tell me how she’d have standing to sue LSU for anything. (She wouldn’t). Guice being a POS doesn’t change that.
