I like that Jones is taking charge as the man. He's stepped up as a leader and wants the ball in his hands in clutch situations, which takes confidence and leadership

It also takes offensive ball handling and shooting skills to "be the man" on offense for a team with Final 4 ambitions. This isn't Rudy. He's not going to will his way there. He doesn't have to. We have a good offensive team who doesn't need him to take charge on the offensive side.
