I've read up a lot on TABOR. It's interesting how it was pushed as the next big conservative answer to limiting government when it was passed, and since then no other state has done anything like it. Honestly because it's probably too limiting.


That said, few more weeks of ski season! Monarch extended theirs till the 11th. But no kayaks on the snow this year unfortunately.
