I won't give a history lesson here, but you're only a dumbass if you think a university starts a building project by building 6 columns to start said project and somehow runs out of $$$,and cannot finish said project further than the 6 columns. Then you make a couple of posts on this thread dogging a university for not finishing the project. That's being in the dumbass neighborhood.
