I think Bo has yet to have any decent QB coaching, yes Dad included. We know Gus couldn't develop QBs. I think it is pretty commonly accepted that he has not one, but two coaches now that know QBs and can coach them. Bobo has a great track record.
If Bo does not improve this year, it is time to move on from him. But, I think he will get better. I think it is all just basic stuff that he has never had a good foundation with and just needs work. But also, habits are hard to break.

This right here. It's amazing how hard it is to change muscle memory. It's going to take an incredible amount of mental focus to learn things the right way, and then practice that so much that it becomes second nature.
