He can appeal it. I’d imagine he’s got a good shot at winning it too

If Brooks and UT are down to this kind of battle, it seems like it would be hard to be all-in if he decided to stay.

With as inconsistent as the NCAA is I'm not sure I would say he has a good shot.. he SHOULD have a good shot, but we've all seen decisions from them that make no sense. Also have to wonder if the family can afford a lawyer or even want to go that route. Tenn is putting Dylan and his family though a lot.
