Three have done it. Two would be obvious. Who's the third one?

Clues:
-All three are or were UGA players.
-Two of them have had their jersey retired.
-Two of them have NC rings.

Rules- Puzzler can drop hints as they see fit. Poor guesses will be met with verbal abuse. Winner starts new puzzle or designates someone else, but not deeprig9.

For those who don't know, those are the only three UGA players that have ever been multi-year all-americans.

When you think back on some of the badasses we've had on the roster over the years, that we've only had 3 multi-year AA's is interesting to me.

Assuming you are just using AP or 1 outlet, cause I’m pretty sure Jarvis Jones and Hoage were consensus All-Americans 2 years in a row at UGA. Also, Drew Butler and Matt Stinchcomb won multiple All American Honors 2 years in a row as well

ETA: crazy to think AJ Green can never be eligible for the NCAA football HOF because he didn’t get named 1st team all American, when you look at who was in the league then and all he accomplished

You are probably right. I just snatched it off an SDS article.

I knew that Pollack and Walker were 3x - I couldn't find if Sinkwich was but figured the other clues he had to be one of the 3 so wasnt sure at all when I guessed.

Wikipedia calls Jarvis 2 time consensus
quote:

He played college football for the University of Georgia, and was recognized as a consensus All-American twice
