Billy Embody, yesterday afternoon:
"Talked with a couple sources. Things are trending well (with Arnett). Lawyers are working on some buyout hangups, but didn't get the feeling they were too worried about them. Will keep you guys updated."

They generally take any offer to interview that they can get.
It's good practice and it adds leverage to your current positions.
