I'd be all for Muschamp coming back. Recruits well, gets players playing with attitude, and players love him.

Even if he was just a "rental" he can set the foundation for anyone coming in. Steele had a cakewalk for example.

As mentioned, I think it's unlikely especially after seeing he told Texas to kick rocks. Makes me think he's still looking for HC opportunity

Unless Muschamp wants to coach at a small university like Samford, I am pretty sure his head coaching days are over. He had his chance at Florida and South Carolina. No Power 5 program is going to consider him.
