He told the runner to get as close to the goal line as possible. The tight end did not get the memo. he was at the half yard line and you could see him trying to put on the brakes. If he is stopped it would have 3rd down 40 seconds left. Run the clock down to ten seconds and try to run the ball in. If he doesnt make it call a time out and kick field goal. If he makes it TD game over. The Tight end messed it up.

I don't think so. It looked like the defense grabbed the RB and tried to pull him into the end zone.

The announcer was adamant that the TE pushed him, but to me it looked like he got grabbed too, and his momentum pulled him up and over the RB.

What was more quizzical was the RB trying to reach the ball backwards to keep it out of the end zone, which led to the fumble.
