The mental gymnastics some posters are doing I. This thread to shite on Hardin’s record is entertaining af. “He should be pounding the mountain west!” He is....losses to P5 schools make up a number of his losses. “He should out recruit everyone, best facilities, talent blah blah!” Yeah, Boise is much more of a draw that Colorado, California and Hawaii.

You can put lipstick on this pig all you want. But you don't fire a mediocre former Arkansas State head coach and give him $21M to walk away, just to hire another mediocre former Arkansas State head coach.

No. You're still rustled and it shows. Be honest. I look forward to seeing what Hardin can do, but I doubt he lasts too long at Auburn.
Do you guys think that the Hardin hire may have been a bit of a stopgap hire?
