It is pretty crazy how damaged some of these guys have been coming in and after 2-3 years worked their way back out. I do think it takes the right kind of guy who is truly interested in it, because I have to imagine going from Power 5 head coach to analyst at Alabama is not an easy transition from a pride standpoint.

LOL - Gus isn't in that dire of straits. He'll get a decent job if he wants it. Lane and Butch were laughed out of their jobs and Sark was fired for being a drunk. Gus just got stale and averaged like 8 wins a year in the SEC. He'll be fine
