It was probably me, but I'd have to check my insult notebook to be sure.
Either way, it's not really accurate, as the French were pretty damn tough historically. What happened in the state of Louisiana is apparently just their own degeneracy rendering them a damp pile of pussies.
Actual French people are better than that. No doubt the swamp inbreeding contributed.
