Still not sure how we got so out of rhythm offensively.
I can't really recall many drives to the basket that resulted in a dish for a open look. We seemed to try and force a lot of shots, both in the lane and around the arc.

It's how they play defense. Our gameplan was pretty awful. The only way to exploit teams that like to pack it in on defense is to shoot over them until they start coming out to meet you and open up driving and passing lanes. As poorly as we have shot lately I'm not sure it would have made a difference though.

I thought Cronin had an excellent game plan. The few times Bama drove and tried to kick it out, UCLA was standing right in the passing lanes and picked it off. They didn’t collapse on the drive but stayed outside with their man. It was very effective when our drivers couldn’t finish at the rim.
