I hate this for the G5 schools. Even if they find a diamond in the rough, they will lose him as soon as that player's talent surfaces.
The AAC is gonna get hurt the worst as I really feel like they are currently a deeper conference than the ACC, Big 12, and Pac 12. They just don't have the consensus playoff caliber team or two like the P5 leagues.
