As for 'not being consistent'... let's ask this - how many egregious calls has... say... an Arkansas/Ole Miss/Kentucky had a favorable result on when playing... say... an Alabama/Auburn/Florida?

Do you remember any?

No but I've only watched a small sample and am only emotionally attached enough to the hogs for it to register as really bad

I definitely do remember us getting favorable calls and stuff at times too....

Again - can you (or anyone) reference or even remember a pivotal, game-altering call that went favorably for us or a similarly-pigeonholed team against an Auburn/Alabama/Florida?

I'm going to state I'm very doubtful you can.

There are favorable calls, and then there are calls involving teams that will alter expectations at the top of the conference.

The ability to influence isn't always there. But when it is there's a commonality to how they play out as I've seen it over the years.
I'm not alone in that sentiment, and whether you like Lane Kiffin and his approach to this or not the fact remains - absolutely nothing real or perceived will change unless there is strong reaction from the member programs of the conference.
