Right now I'd say it was Mack Brown at UNC. He's done some good recruiting but his old arse doesn't have the energy to do the job any more.

Because taking a program that won 5 games in the previous two years to the top 5 in 1.5 years is something only the most overrated coach in the country could do. lol....I don’t care if we’re a little over rated due to big10 and pac12 sitting out. That’s one of the best coaching jobs in the country in that time.
