It was an airsoft toy gun that the 911 dispatcher told police was "probably a toy" and that not even police claim was pointed at them when they shot him without even stopping their patrol cars. One officer involved had earlier been declared "emotionally unstable," but maybe it was bad parenting that caused him to kill an innocent person?
