Yes. The SEC tends to follow whatever the NCAA does when it comes to transfers. Sometimes coaches put up a fight but the PR hit inevitably makes them change their minds.

I cant think of an example of a non-grad intraconference transfer being granted immediate eligibility. Brenton Cox is a recent example.
