Whoever was higher at that time most likely
It's hard to predict how the AP and Coaches would have voted.
Would that have been enough to leap Iowa over the other two?
Iowa St would have still been a bad loss.
The final 2002 BCS Standings have been released and defending champion Miami will meet Ohio State in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.

Based on the points I dont see it. Iowa SOS was 49 vs UGA's 5. They were 2.5 pts behind UGA, They could have received the quality win .5 point bump, poll rankings might have evened out, but I think they still would be slightly behind with the SOS
