Because he was still the best option? Good grief this is the worst attempt at a “gotcha” I’ve ever seen, even for you.

ETA: not saying Bama wins with 100% Tua. I don’t worry about stuff like that, it’s all part of the game and LSU offense was stout. Just pointing out the obvious logic flaws in Billy Tryshard’s post.

A healthy bama got steamrolled by Clemson the year before
As good a run as tua had he had nothing to show for it the last two years
A smart Qb would have thrown it away against miss st in a game that was well in hand by halftime
