So what about all those students actually paying for their education and undertaking, often times, significant debt to get a degree?

Those regular students incurring debt to get a degree are not combining to bring in $50million every year in TV-Radio Money that goes to the Athl Dept and enriches a lot of Coaches and Administrators

When talking about the BUSINESS of big time College Sports never mention Regular Students

Regular Students are immaterial to this discussion!

You are welcome to your opinion. But no one forces anyone to play football in college. It is a choice. You play or don’t, it is up to you. If you don’t have the leverage to change the rules, then you either play or don’t. But regardless, football players are privileged, many get extra benefits under the table. They generally graduate debt free. A very select few actually become professional athletes. They work hard, sure, and some schools do profit, but most schools either barely break even or lose money. And I will mention regular students because that is why the institutions exist in the first place. Without them, there would be no BUSINESS of college football.

How much money do regular students bring to the universities? What is their economic value to the universities? You are being myopic.

You can’t have it both ways.

You can get 50/50, which MLB, NBA, and NFL players don’t get...

But you don’t get , your tuition paid for, your books paid for, your room paid for, your food paid for, no open table, pay for your own Tudor, your own travel, your own work out clothes, and have it all taxed...

You can’t have everything you get AND 50/50 revenue.....

You want to get paid, you want to be an employee, fine!!!

When you fumble twice in a game, you can be fired!!
