They should be consistently a top 10 type program.
They are the most underachieving program in CFB.
And A&M has every right and should tell them to frick off.

I agree depending on how you define "consistently". You hear pundits refer to programs as "Perennial" top 10 teams but no one really fits that description if you take a wide enough angle to verify the claim.
Consistent top 25 at least 80% of the time yes for sure. Every once in a while everyone has a bad season here and there but no reason for them to struggle to beat teams like Kansas and finishing unranked as often as they do.
