Why 10?
&, as conf. member #'s decrease, # of confs. INCREASE.
& what about conf. champs...anything or the round-robin schedule decides that?

What an idiot. The defending national champions would be on some obscure network? Every one of our games is either on ESPN or CBS. Just remember that Mizzou is irrelevant and your program is trash.

#1 - pointing out that was an issue in the past. &, with the PO, how do you determine who is in?
#2 - If a r-r schedule already determines the winner, why pull a B12 & play again? I wonder what is said if Team A beats Team B in the season but Team B beats Team A in the cg...is there really a true winner?

quote:That can already happen today. At least in this scenario, you can guarantee that it's between the two best teams in the conference, unlike our current dumb arse setup.

In football, I guess. I still don't want conference re-alignment in the ACC. Unless it's to get rid of a few that were recently added (BC, Syracuse).

The SEC is good the way it is. Only fans of loser programs want “conference realignment” because their school is in a loser conference.

Sorry it’s just the way it is.

Regionalism made college football great. Getting rid of that through conference realignment would kill the sport for a lot of folks. Let’s say the SI model was followed. Georgia would still play Tech and Florida but who would GAS about the other 10 Saturdays. I don’t care if they ever play FAU and Miami and Georgia Southern.
I want to play Auburn and Tennessee and Southern Carolina.
