KJ was an absolute force of nature in that game. His playmaking ability opened up the entire rest of the offense, and Kirby and Co had zero answers. Best thing that happened to UGa in 2017 took place in the Iron Bowl when Johnson went down.
As for 'luck', we had two critical unforced fumbles and an uncharacteristic blocked FG. Despite this, were still only trailing by 6 going into the 4th quarter before the wheels came off.

We had already answered him in the first game, and then our wheels came off in special teams. The timing of most of his production, and most of Auburn’s scoring, proves my take was a fair take on reality.

Both fumbles were forced, and a blocked fg isn’t luck. OTOH, the refs incorrectly took a td off the board for uga, which helped keep the game close.

I guess if you ignore the fact that our defensive players literally forced the ball out by hitting the ball carrier's arm both times then sure, they were unforced.
