I never said WVU or Baylor are any kind of powerhouses, but at least WVU came very close to winning a NC once in our lifetime. A&M hasn’t. The point was that adding A&M to a pretty weak Texas home schedule wouldn’t add much in terms of actual accomplishments by opponents.
Oh and A&M spent years in that same weak Big 12 and on field results were pretty much the same as they are in The SEC: mediocre.

True, Baylor and WV have been much better than A&M in recent memory. Mizzou is pretty similar, but it would be in favor of MU if not for the shitstorm I'd reckon
