I am going to go with large market schools...So. Cal...UCLA will be at the top but other large market areas will also benefit. If they are allowed to do endorse dealerships and things of that nature...the big money will come from the larger markets....I think states with only one power 5 school should be OK...but in states with more than one power 5 or power 5's in rural areas will feel the blunt of the 5 star exodus to larger markets....those kids will follow the money. I could be wrong but it seems reasonable...

You really don't think they'll be getting what they actually bring in revenue wise right?

This is just a way for them to pay players to come to schools.

Booster types who have the money for that stuff also typically have businesses. Just promise a kid X amount of endorsement deals for your business, and boom you just bought yourself a player.

Hell, just put up an open thing for all players who sign with school will get X amount of dollars for endorsement deals from your business.
