I personally don’t care. I know they all do it in multiple sports. They have to in order to be able to compete. Sure, I’d chuckle a bit if Saban or Calipari got caught on tape, but I wouldn’t call for their job, unless everyone gets the same treatment (and we know that’s not going to happen).

Do you think Kentucky hired the guy who left his previous programs under sanctions expecting him not to cheat? Hell no, they knew he would, wanted him to, and were just banking on getting the blue blood treatment, and they were right. And because of that (and the fact that he’s also a good coach), they remain competitive.

Hopefully the NCAA changes their archaic and unrealistic rules. If nothing else, multiple coaches getting caught and many others implicated publicly should serve as a wake-up call to the NCAA.
