This isn't why "you dumb."

"You dumb" because you think it's "not important". Canceling the college football season would have a devastating economic impact to universities across the country as well as their communities and the retailers and their employees who earn their livelihood.

only time neither alabama and auburn did not field a college football team was during the Spanish flu and both world wars

that said as of right now I say 75% chance we do have football

and 70% chance we don't a few college students at sec universities have already been diagnosed with the coronavirus one at Auburn and one at Georgia

if this starts popping up among college students you can kiss football goodbye this year

I want football as much as the next guy, but do you honestly think college football, or NFL, or Premier League, holds a candle to collapsing verticals like the airlines, oil industry, etc?

Boggles my mind how insular so many people are. College football, while a fine distraction, is a luxury and minuscule in the grand scheme.
