It's all going to come down to what is exactly on those tapes.

If it's just the 2 guys talking about what Will Wade did, then I don't think anything happens. It'll just be rumors and such.

If it's tapes of Will Wade himself actually discussing the stuff, that's going to be a whole other thing.
