It's an interesting stat and I posted Steele's returning production numbers in 2018 for LSU. We were 112th in CFB and 13th in the SEC. That made the 2018 #6 final ranking in the AP even more impressive.
This is why (along with schedule) that I think LSU likely finishes around 10-2 or 9-3 regular season in 2020. The returning snaps/production numbers will reverse in 2021 and I expect LSU to be right back in the CFP mix.
