Etienne is a fool for staying at Clemson . Even if I were a Clemson fan I would be saying that. There are only two players that are leaving LSU for the NFL that I think should have come back. I’m happy for all of our players.
Maybe it’s the culture of your team that promotes this mentality? I mean Your defensive coordinator is satisfied being a lifetime position coach . He has no aspirations of moving up the career ladder. I’m glad that isn’t the message or sentiment at LSU.
Your team plays in the worst P5 conference in football and will always have the easiest path to the playoffs. There is no challenge for your team or coaches. I guess now that mentality has spilled over to your players . You should never be afraid of the challenge in life , and your whiny crybaby coach should encourage players like Etienne to further his career in the NFL because he is ready. God forbid if he gets hurt. He is a special player and he has nothing left to prove in college.
