We call that place "ACC Champs". We don't have numerical rankings in the west. It goes like this:

1) SEC champ
2) BTCE - Big Ten Champ Equivalent
3) ACE - ACC Champ Equivalent

...and so on and so forth.

But you're right, it's still a major disappointment in this conference.
