So if It is Fanks, what can we expect.
I've only seen him play a couple times and he looked better last year, but still kind of spotty.

Briles has a history of making chicken salad out of chicken shite, and Frank's is much closer to shite than salad. He has all the tools, but is immature, and a terrible decision maker. Also not the most accurate.
