Kind of shocked at a couple of things:
Texas ahead of Nebraska (even if only by a shade)
Penn State higher than all of 10-13
The large gap between 5 & 6. I thought USC would be ahead of Michigan, honestly, all things considered. But I guess this is an "all-time" list going back to God knows when
