Honestly, I don't know what their plan was for him. It's possible they planned to get him, work on his body for a year and then hope he's ready.

If they thought he could be a starter in the middle at his current physical state and didn't have another plan then yea absolutely a miss.

Clearly not the kids fault, though. I appreciate the hell out of what he did this year.
