Rhule to NFL should bolster Ark. recruiting

With the announcement that Rhule is headed to Carolina, the Hornsby visit is now all the more crucial.
He was apparently a big Baylor lean, but that should leave Arkansas now in the cat bird's seat (hopefully).
It will be interesting, though, to see where Baylor goes. You have a ready-made roster that should have just won the big 12. They may be able to pry away a guy who just got hired somewhere else maybe as an assistant, or they could hire from within to try to keep the train rolling.
Although he'd be the perfect choice, I think Kendal Briles is safe at Arkansas. I can't see anyone with that last name ever getting another job at Baylor in my lifetime.

If they get desperate enough they will hire him back.
They are not at that point yet but never say never.

Will definitely help with Hornsby. I'd be shocked if he doesn't commit in two weeks on his OV.

You talking just for one recruit or long term as well?

Primarily short term with Hornsby, but also maybe long term a bit. Seems we are always in on lots guys that Baylor is as well.
