I do find it odd that he hasn't gotten a job yet. I'm sure he's picky (as he should be) but I wonder if he just doesn't interview well or something.
On paper he seems like a no brainier for big mid majors or small P5s

I think he seems low key doesn't look like a leader maybe
I honestly think he is going to be a great HC
