So, if the NLI became invalid, then Evans is trying to get "coaches to see him as a good kid that made a mistake" (UA Game interview). His recruitment may be open. Maybe his plea was just to Georgia, who knows.



Except we know UGA has his LOI. He's said it and every 247 mod has reported it. Why would UGA sit on it? If he doesn't end up at UGA I hope he goes to a&m so UGA won't have to play him. Kid is insanely talented and UGA won't go to College Station for a while.

If Georgia files Evans NLI and he doesn't qualify, they lose that scholly. Better to wait until they are more assured he will qualify.

Waiting however leaves Evans, while possibly still very committed to Georgia, vulnerable to a flip at a later date.
