It was said he wants to open his recruitment back up and many unhappy with the way things have played out the last month.

If he did send in his letter of intent, I do not see how that could be done.

Rarely does the NCAA void a letter, it has happened.

If Georgia did not file the NLI with the Conference within 14 days it became invalid.

Evans may very well be a "free agent", albeit one with baggage and questionable qualification.
