I think he'll serve his purpose. He'll do things right, he'll change the culture, and he'll set a good foundation for the next guy. I think he'll get us to 6 to 8 wins per year, and then the next guy will be the step up.

I understand being hopefully, but this is delusion to think he can win 8 games
