I'll make the point again. In 2010, this wasn't an issue. High profile draft eligible players weren't skipping the draft until McCaffrey and Fournette did it. This issue wasn't even on the radar.
Julio Jones was considering sitting out this year until he got his contract renegotiated. You don't think he might have sat if a dozen other high profile players hadn't already blazed that trail? A guy who was under contract and considering not even fricking showing up for work?
