I went to SLU, my Sister went to UM-Columbia and UMKC for grad.
Based on the info given:
1. UMKC (being considered for full ride)
2. SLU (submitted to purgatory)
3. Mizzou (Curators Scholarship - $4,500 year)
No opinion because I have zero connections to these schools:
Rockhurst (being considered for full ride)
Missouri State (accepted — no aid offered yet)
Truman State (accepted - 4 k scholarship)
Also, you should apply to Wash U even if you get rejected.

I've been wondering about WashU, and really wish she would have shown some interest earlier. She did apply ED1 for Vanderbilt but based on the fact her ACT score is 29 - that's a pretty tough obstacle to overcome. Funny enough, her weighted GPA is 4.167 (3.95 unweighted), and she is ranked 22 of 577 - and Mizzou only coughed up $4,500? I would have thought there would be more opportunity
