Brother went the Mizzou route for undergrad and Med School. Fullride undergrad though due to academics and athletics. Double major in Bio and The Classics. He enjoyed his time.
Had a friend who went the 6 year UMKC dental route. Enjoyed it for the most part except for some... issues with the department I won’t mention. I’ll just say they delayed his graduation for reasons that were essentially fabricated..
I’ll just say keep the student debt in the back of your mind. If she’s not completely sold on Med school, it sounds like she needs more exposure first so the most cost effective undergrad decision may be the wisest.

Classics department at Mizzou is the best department in the university (he said without a hint of bias). I think they renamed it to Mediterranean something something.
UMKC could benefit from a full audit of their processes with regards to the 6-year-program. There’s parts of it that feel decidedly amateur hour.
