I will post a separate thread showing the 25th and 75th percentile of ACT scores for each SEC school, but for example, Alabama's is 23-31. That is a very wide range. UGA's is 27-32.
Alabama's 2018 freshman class was 6,663
UGA's was 5,728
It stands to reason that Alabama has a higher number of students with an ACT of 32 or higher with that many more freshman than UGA. It may not be many more though. And yes, Alabama admits a lot more of the lower tier students.
