I think OM boat races State on Thanksgiving. State retains Morehead. Morehead starts off 2-6 or so next year and is fired. Damage done - back to square one for State. Meanwhile, OM, led by JRP, is about to real off 3 consecutive 8+ win seasons...and then sign Arch Manning.

Ole Miss and State are programs headed in completely different directions.
