Jesus Christ this guy was completely incompetent. It dawned on me the other day that when he was hired he said he didn't even evaluate his team on tape. Wanted to "see them in person" first. Well, what makes that insane is that because of this he wasn't able to determine our biggest need in recruiting. Offensive line. We still don't have any players there. It's insane.

So if you're not evaluating players before hitting the recruiting trail, and you're not adjusting your scheme to the players you have on roster (as players father confirms here), just what in the frick are you actually doing?
